We are a specialised UK immigration law firm.

We have been asked many times about our USP that means unique selling points. we hadn’t thought much about USP before being asked, because we hadn’t really thought about selling our services to clients. We always thought as to why our client should buy our services, so the correct term should not be USP but rather UBP that means Unique Buying Points.

To answer the question about our UBP, we evaluated our client reviews so we could understand how our clients saw us.

These reviews were left at the independent review collecting website Trustpilot.

As of today, we have more than 300 client reviews and counting. We looked at these reviews to see what our clients thought, made us unique and differentiated us from other firms.

The result is 11 Unique Buying Points for A Y & J Solicitors according to our clients.

The first one that stands out in nearly all reviews is professional. Clients consistently state that we are professional, as well as efficient, helpful, and approachable. These are the top four UBPs. The next four are friendly, reassuring, expert and honest.

Other qualities that were repeated in the reviews are great customer service, reliable and do whatever it takes.

So, whether you call them USPs or UBPs, these are the points our clients list when they talk about A Y & J Solicitors.

Many of our clients are professionals and highly educated. But sometimes the circumstances that bring them to us leave them stressed, confused, and unable to think clearly about their situation. We are honoured to step into this difficult time in their lives and direct them to the right information and documentation that allows us to prepare a successful case.

We do whatever it takes to legally and swiftly to get the job done for each client. We are proud of what we do, and the opportunity to make lives better every single day.

Can you take on additional work as a Skilled Worker – what’s allowed and what’s not allowed

Skilled worker visa holders have conditions imposed on their visa. Whilst Skilled Workers are free to travel in and out of the UK, there are restrictions imposed on their employment.  It is important to understand the rules on work conditions as a breach of the conditions could lead to curtailment of the visa, meaning your…

Sponsor Licence Revocation – impact assessment

Introduction When a company completes the process of obtaining a sponsor licence, some believe the work is done and they can focus on sponsoring migrants without worrying about meeting any further obligations. However, it would be a mistake to this view. The threat of revocation is constant, especially with the recent Home Office crackdown to…

A Y & J Solicitors’ Review

My experience with A Y & J Solicitors was really good. Very detailed and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered on time. They are very approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend them – it may be very simple query or a very complex case; you can trust them.

If you are reading this review then you must need legal support like we did a year ago and you are confused don’t know who to trust or who to select as this side of life was completely unknown to you!! So please read our story as it might guide you to the right direction. We had an ILR rejection back in Aug,2016 and it was one of the nasty allegation which is hard to get rid off. We were in tears, needed legal support and we didn’t know any solicitors. So based on reviews we selected A Y & J solicitors to pursue our AR and then Judicial Review. I still remember the day of our refusal I left an enquiry on their webpage and the next day Diana called me and spent over 45 minutes to take our case history and booked us to see Yash. At that point she won my heart as by then we already experienced that most solicitors don’t even spend a minute over the phone unless and until you pay any consultation fee. Yash was very open and honest. He showed us the true picture and let us decide to pursue JR or not! So finally from JR submission until we received the outcome it took about a year. Throughout these time at every stage they kept us well informed at all times. Waleed took over our case half way through. He is a very genuine and efficient person. We never ever had to remind him about anything as he was always ahead of the game. We have gone through an awful journey where sometimes we felt to give up but the team helped us to gain our trust back. Team members are very knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy and friendly. Throughout the time there was excellent communication, they kept us informed as soon as they had an update. The best part was they knew our case in details and never missed a single point. I have seen many people during our JR journey who had a bad experience from their solicitor and kept on complaining about them. Honestly speaking We can’t think of a single moment where they didn’t meet our expectations! Thank you guys for everything you did for us. You probably won’t have any idea how grateful we are to you. Keep up the good work. Wish you all the best. We will definitely refer them to people who need legal support. We were truly touched by your service. P.S. You can trust them closing your eyes!!!!

A Y & J Solicitors has helped us great deal recently for us to retain our ‘A’ rating Tier 2 sponsor licence. They made all easy for us and we passed our audit with the Home office with flying colours. Being an IT company with Tier 2 Sponsor licence, we were blown away by the complex processes and policies to be implemented to be 100% compliant with the latest Home office’s requirement of Tier 2 sponsorship. It is hard to figure out as to what was enough and correct. It was very stressful to monitor Tier 2 migrants & specially the arrangement of the sponsored workers working at client site on ‘client contract’. A word of warning to other likewise companies, please do not take it easy. There is a lot for the Tier 2 compliance which you do not know that you really “do not know”. So in this case you need a specialist to make you understand first what you “do not know” then help you to fix that. If you are a company with a Tier 2 sponsor licence and want complete peace of mind maintaining your Tier 2 licence and retaining your NON-EU skilled staff then A Y & J Solicitors is the company to go to. They simply do not work as a consultant for me but they literally owned my problem. I cannot ask more than this. Thank you so much and my best wishes to A Y & J Solicitors. I have referred few of my acquaintances to A Y & J Solicitors for their ‘Tier 2 compliance audit’. We at NanoIT Solutions highly recommend A Y & J Solicitors, working with the team has been fantastic experience.
