The Company needed to sponsor employees from an overseas company based in the EU. For this purpose, Mr R required a Sponsor Licence to sponsor the overseas staff in the UK. How we helped
We advised Mr R on the requirements of the Sponsor Licence application. We guided Mr R step-by-step through the online application process and provided further guidance for the submission of documents to the Home Office. Mr R was informed that there would be a compliance visit from Home Office to check that the company was complying with its duties and responsibilities.
We sent have assisted Mr R in preparing for the visit and reviewing the company’s human resource policies and procedures (preventing illegal working, maintaining contact details, record-keeping, monitoring and reporting).
Result
After the submission of the Sponsor Licence application and compliance visit, our client’s Sponsor Licence application was approved, and the company was now eligible to sponsor overseas staff.
Mr R was delighted with the result, and he is looking forward to working again with us for assistance with the Skilled Worker application.
