Kate Corey, I am originally from Tennessee. And now, I live in London.
I never thought I could find a visa route. I have been told by every solicitor under the sun that there just wasn’t an avenue for somebody who is self-employed, such as myself. I own a small business, so I gave up on it for several years, and then I was connected to Yash and his crew, and here I am.
So, when I decided to revisit my dream of moving to the United Kingdom, I researched, and everything pointed to this firm. So I got in touch, and I had pages of notes on every visa route that I had researched on my own, really everything under the sun that I could potentially spin in my direction, which would never work. And I had a consultation and read through all my notes, and they were so kind, listening to me. And then they said, or you can go this route and explain it to me in simple steps and sign me up.
So the way we approached it was first I established an Ltd in the United Kingdom, which is super quick and easy, so that wasn’t one of the harder steps. But from there, we applied for a Sponsor License for the company that was successful, and then from there, we sponsored me.
Absolutely. I have already referred people to them. I mean, they have changed my life. I don’t think there’s anybody that can even hold a candle. So absolutely. Again, I’ve already referred people to them and will continue to do so.
Thank you, Kate, for sharing.
