Sometimes, you need an instant decision on an immigration matter, and fortunately, we can help you get one. Using the Home Office’s Super Premium Service allows you to submit your visa extension or settlement application quickly, get your biometrics done, and have an answer usually within 24 hours.

What are the advantages of using the Super Premium Service?

When you use the Super Premium Service, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) send a courier to you to collect your application and paperwork. An immigration officer then comes to your home to obtain your biometric info. The UKVI will then contact you the next day with their decision on whether or not your application has been approved.

You may be able to use the Home Office’s Super Premium Service if you are:

The Home Office’s Super Premium Service can be used for four main applicants, and up to 10 people in total when considering dependents. Given there is a fee of £10,500 per visit, plus the premium service fee, the more people who apply at the same time, the greater the value.

For example, the two families could combine to use the Super Premium Service. The four adults would be the main applicants and their children can apply at the same time (as long as there are fewer than six in total). This means each family only has to invest £5,250 to obtain the multitude of benefits associated with the Super Premium Service.

Who CANNOT use the Home Office’s Super Premium Service?

  • a business person, innovator, sole representative or investor
  • a Turkish business person
  • a self-employed lawyer
  • applying under Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur)
  • applying under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)
  • applying for Stage 1 endorsement under Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent)
  • a seaman
  • a Gurkha
  • a retired person of independent means
  • an elderly dependant
  • still in the armed forces and exempt from immigration rules and requirements
  • a member of a diplomatic mission or one of their dependents
  • someone whose case is complex because of personal circumstances
  • someone whose case isn’t covered by the Immigration Rules
  • sponsored by a member of staff at a premium service centre
  • applying for a Home Office travel document
  • applying for naturalisation or registration as a UK national
  • applying as a victim of domestic violence
  • applying for a European Economic Area (EEA) residence card or permanent residence card
  • applying for an EEA registration certificate as an unmarried partner
  • applying for an EEA registration certificate and you’re not a qualified person
  • applying for proof of a right of abode

If you are applying for discretionary leave to remain or humanitarian protection, you will be unable to use the Home Office’s Super Premium Service unless:

  • you’re applying under the transitional arrangements to extend your discretionary leave after three years
  • you’re applying to settle in the UK after six years discretionary leave

Transitional arrangements refer to where applicants who were granted leave under the discretionary leave policy before 9th July 2012 will continue to be considered under this particular discretionary leave policy through to the time they acquire ILR, provided they continue to qualify for leave, and their situation remains the same.
