Tier 1 Investor Visa

The home office has taken decisive action to shut the Tier 1 Investor visa route to all new applicants from all nationalities with immediate effect. Please feel free to contact us to discuss alternative options.

Some of the facts:

Individuals wishing to enter this immigration category must have under their own control a minimum of £2,000,000 in the UK, for the purposes of investing in share or loan capital in active and trading UK companies; Individuals must be 18 years of age or older and have opened a UK regulated bank account for the purposes of investing not less than £2 million in the UK; Investors can bring their dependants to the UK under the Tier 1 (Investor) visa. All applicants are permitted to live, work and study in the UK, as well as access national health services (NHS);
