Let me share our recent success story.

Our recent client, a bonafide entrepreneur, established a very successful trading company with an impressive turnover of £3m per annum. She genuinely invested £200k in the UK business. She was here with her spouse and 2 children. She was in need of her passport urgently due to her travel plan overseas.

She previously hired an another solicitor firm. Due to poor Immigration advice, her application for Tier 1 entrepreneur extension was refused, post visa expiry. Then after, she instructed us under extreme stress, worrying if she had to leave the UK.

We at A Y & J Solicitors swiftly took over her case. We advised her on a very complex specified evidential requirement. We liaised with her Accountant on her behalf to collate relevant information/document at short notice. We submitted her out of time immigration application with strongly prepared legal representation with all specified evidence.

Our client was granted Tier 1 entrepreneur extension within 8 weeks with her full family.

This was an outstanding result for our client.

Complicating factors to consider for this case were:

Number 1: Our client had many temporary, casual workers. Therefore the job creation calculation was most complicated
Number 2: Specified evidential requirement while evidencing investment and genuineness of the trading activity

We managed to conquer all above challenges successfully for our client. This was only possible due to our:

Number 1: Strong understanding of the Tier 1 entrepreneur visa application process,
Number 2: In-house team with strong UK business acumen
Number 3: A strong legal team to assist our client.

We have had success with assisting and securing Tier 1 entrepreneur extension for many our clients.
