Background
We were instructed to prepare for Mrs R a Skilled Worker visa application along with applications for her dependants. The migrant was a national and resident of India.
The applicant received an offer of employment for the position of store manager in the UK and required assistance on the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and her visa application.
