Administrative Review: Tier 2 (General) Visa Refusal
How to Challenge Tier 2 General Visa Refusal through Administrative Review?

Some of the facts:

The Tier 2 General visa is only granted after a job offer has been made from a company who is a Sponsor Licence holder and subject to meeting relevant immigration rules; Refusal of a Tier 2 visa application can have devastating consequences for anyone preparing to come to the UK under this category; Receiving a refusal is not always final, you can challenge the decision through an Administrative Review(AR) application if it is believed that a case working error was made by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI);

Administrative Review after the UK Visa Refusal

We are a specialised UK immigration law firm.

This video is about the Administrative Review after the UK visa refusal.

These days, most of the UK immigration applications, if refused, offer no full right of appeal. If this is the case, then you may have an opportunity to request an Administrative Review of the decision. It’s very important that you take this opportunity seriously and see if you can have the original decision overturned in your favour.

At A Y & J Solicitors, we specialise in Administrative Reviews. For a successful Administrative Review there must be an error in the decision that we can challenge. Recently we helped a client whose Tier 2 application was refused for a case working error of the Home Office. The Home Office alleged my client of not being eligible to switch her immigration status in the UK due to non-completion of an appropriate UK recognised degree. However, my client had completed a recognised UK degree and was eligible to switch immigration status. We dealt with the case through an Administrative Review request. The Home Office looked into the situation and granted a decision in our client’s favour.

Administrative Review is an opportunity to get The Home Office decision corrected. However, if you fail at the administrative review stage you could pursue challenging the decision by judicial review proceeding. Please note, judicial review could cost great deal of time, money and energy. Therefore, it’s important to take the administrative review process seriously, and use the opportunity to get it right the first time.

It was my one of the best decision to choose A Y & J Solicitors for my complicated immigration case. They are very professional people providing a wonderful service. Even after a rejection of my Initial Application, they manage to overturn the decision in Administrative Review with very strong arguments. Throughout my application process, they always gave me the confidence regarding the case. I would like to thank specially to Sok Wei for taking every detail and present the case very strongly and obviously to Yash who gave me the confidence in the very first meeting. So I would recommend A Y & J Solicitors to everyone who is looking for the best solicitors firm. You will be in safe hands. Thank You

Tier – 2 General Application : AY&J is the BEST immigration solicitor firm in the UK. My tier -2 general case was so complex , my first tier-2 was expired in May-17 , AR was refused and do so last 6 month me – my wife both lost work right , we kept FLR(FP) file on my son while we were looking for sponsor regardless of knowing there are less hope to get tier-2 approval. We were going through so much stress and hard time. By grace of God we got sponsorship (COS) from one company ( before FLR decision come) and same time we came to know about AY&J from our friend and gave our case to them with high hope of miracle. We applied in same day premium service and our file gone on held as expected. But unexpectedly miracle happen and we got our tier-2 visa approval in 10 days. Me and my family highly thankful of Yash sir and specially Dianamam (my case worker) who use their expertise and handle my case very carefully by going in detail which resulted in Visa approval in unexpected short time. Thanks a lot to Dianamam , Yash sir and entire AY&J team. I highly recommend AY&J to those all , specially who got complex in their immigration matter. AY&J is the Best.!!!! Regards

The team of expert committed to provide excellent professional service to suit individual client. In my case, it was not always convenient for me to go and see Sok Wei in-person. But honestly I never felt that not being able to visit them affected my case at all. Both Sok Wei and Zareen were on my case from the beginning till the end. I had stress free experience working with them. Their representative for premium service , Joanna, is the most pleasant person you may ever come across. Altogether, the expertise of the entire team and their professional knowledge and diverse experience mean that they can deal with any case, even with extreme level of complexity. I have known and relied on Yash Dubal since 2013, and I have only seen him progressing. He has won the hearts of clients over the years. Yash, Sok Wei and Zareen were always Available every time I needed them, and they gave detailed consideration to each of my silliest questions. Yash even helped my employer with updating my existing COS. I wish everyone reading this review must feel confident, when they hand their case over to Yash and his team. Peace of mind and guaranteed success are what they charge you for. – another success story on your wall Yash & team. Good luck! Kartik
