After our assistance with his successful Tier 2 General entry clearance application, Mr S, an Indian national, travelled to the UK by himself to start working for an IT company. Mr S wished to have his family join him in the UK as his PBS Dependants as soon as possible. He requested we continue to assist him by processing the PBS Dependant applications for his family.
When preparing his partner and two children’s PBS Dependant applications, we noticed that different names were shown on the passport and birth certificate for one of his children.
