Yash Dubal is a Director of the firm and Senior Immigration Associate. He is walking proof that people can create successful, prosperous lives in a new country. He came to the UK in 2003 with only £1500. He founded A Y & J Solicitors on the principles of honesty, professionalism, reliability, helpfulness, and approachability. The firm has reached its peak and it is now a Legal 500 law firm and won ‘Best Immigration Law Firm’ in 2018.
Yash cares for both our high-net-worth and business clients. Operating a successful venture himself, he understands the pressures on entrepreneurs, business owners, highly skilled workers, and Investor Visa applicants. Therefore, he works quickly, ensuring all paperwork is meticulously prepared, and takes the time to understand your business. His motto is to find out what success means to you and create a strategy to achieve your ambitions.
Yash also specialises in complex Judicial Review cases and appeals. Clients have said he is “efficient and full of energy; his research skills are unparalleled, and he is an expert on sponsor licences”, and “Yash Dubal is a sharp leader and has an exquisite legal mind”.
Giving back to the community is one of Yash’s passions; he has completed the London Marathon for Pratham, which works to tackle education gaps in India and completed a multi-terrain run to raise money for the British Red Cross. He acts as a mentor for many SME’s regarding obtaining and keeping a UK Sponsor Licence and recruiting the right skilled employees. Furthermore, he regularly speaks at technology events and is an avid reader.
