As a Senior Immigration Associate and an immigrant from Romania, Diana appreciates the difficulties facing clients who receive her advice. Amin is the Client Solutions Expert at A Y & J solicitors. With previous experience in working in a similar role, he has become accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment with the ultimate goal in being able to master the craft of understanding client’s need and exceeding client expectations. Amin is determined in bringing the best out of the firm and growing A Y & J’s stature.
After studying business at Cambridge Regional College and then graduating with a Marketing & Business (BA Hons) degree from University of Central Lancashire, Amin has always had an eye for the commercial aspects of a business & has previously built up a strong track record of satisfied clients.
Amin firmly believes that the key to growing a business is by building on its ethos. Maintaining excellent relationship through transparency, hard work and bespoke service is what will help everyone grow and pull in the same direction. He has experience in Client Services, which has helped lay down the foundations of having a holistic understanding of client requirements.
A huge sports fan, particularly in football, Amin is an avid Newcastle United fan and also helps run the local six-a-side football team. He believes that it is important for the mind to explore and understand new cultures; a keen traveller, Amin has previously visited Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia & New Zealand during a 4-5 month voyage.

Aileen is an Immigration Associate with a strong foundation in law, having completed her LLB, LPC and now pursuing a training contract to qualify as a solicitor. With a keen interest in immigration law, she has developed expertise in Sponsor Licence and Skilled Worker visas, as well as handling Sole Representative and Entrepreneur extensions. She also works on private immigration matters such as Spouse visas and Citizenship.
Sunny has been working in the immigration sector for 8 yrs. He is a highly skilled and experienced caseworker with particular knowledge of Sponsor Licence, Skilled Worker, family settlement and Naturalisation applications. Sunny obtained his Degree in Psychology from the University of Westminster before passing the OISC level 1 exam.
Sunny has developed a strong client base of UK businesses on account of unrivalled experience in obtaining sponsor licences, and is the ‘go to’ for businesses with Skilled Worker enquiries. He previously worked at Hatton Cross Immigration and Asylum Hearing centre, as well as at Isleworth Crown Court, both of which gave him valuable knowledge of criminal and immigration law in practice. Sunny’s close proximity to the Judiciary gave him a useful insight into how cases are managed and how best to present cases in Court. Sunny is known for being direct with advice and his problem solving skills, and his perseverance in obtaining successful outcomes on behalf of clients is his key strength.

Amy Felix-George, is a Senior Immigration Associate. She has practised as a regulated advisor since 2012, and specialises in sponsor licensing and work visa applications, catering to corporate clients. Before joining A Y & J Solicitors she worked with individual clients, dealing with applications such as ILR, nationality applications, spouse visas, the former Tier 1 General, Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Sole Representative, the former Tier 1 Exceptional Talent, EU and EUSS applications, Ancestry applications and more.
Early in her career, Amy volunteered at her local law centre, assisting vulnerable clients from the local community, which included Asylum and Humanitarian Protection Claims.
