UK Visa Premium Service: Same Day Assistance & Success for Applicants
Applicants Without Representation Struggle During Premium Service Same Day Appointments
While representing our clients at the Visas Premium Services in the UK we often see applicants without legal representatives facing difficulties. At A Y & J Solicitors, we not only prepare our client’s applications and ensure that everything is compliant, but we attend the appointment with them and give extra confidence that the process will be seamless. If any further enquires or clarification are raised by the caseworker, our professionals can step in.
We assist our clients with everything from registering their case at the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) registration office on the day of their appointment, to accompanying them at the desk where all their details are being registered and their application is checked before being assigned to a caseworker, followed by the completion of their BRP checks. In certain circumstances, clients are asked to provide additional information on the day of their appointment. By having a legal representative with you on the day you ensure that you understand the questions you are being asked and can provide the answers the caseworkers are looking for.
Caseworker Intervenes to Ensure Representation done efficiently at Premium Same Day Service (PSC)
A recent client of ours instructed us to prepare their settlement application and represent them at the Visa Premium Service Centre. On the day of their appointment, the Main Applicant was asked to return to the counter where he had handed the documents, as the caseworker had further enquiries. Our representative attended the desk with the client and realised that he was being asked to complete a questionnaire in relation to his tax affairs while he was on Tier 1 (General) visa.
Client and Family Celebrate Settled Immigration Status using Premium Same Day Service
The questionnaire was formed of at least 15 questions, and most of the questions were difficult to understand. Since the questions were in relation to his HMRC tax affairs, our client also required the assistance of his instructed accountant.
If our client had been alone on the day of his appointment, he could not have completed the questionnaire to the best of his ability, especially considering the pressure he was under, along with the complicated questions listed in the questionnaire.
We are happy that this family ended their week in the best possible way and their settled immigration status was achieved.
My experience with A Y & J Solicitors was really good. Very detailed and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered on time. They are very approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend them – it may be very simple query or a very complex case; you can trust them.
