TOEIC – ETS Deception Cases

Some of the facts:

TOEIC – ETS refers to the Test of English for International Communication certificate issued by Education Testing Services. It was a standard test for meeting the English proficiency requirements set by UKVI; Issues began when a TV documentary suggested that passing test results for TOEIC-ETS certification had been issued deceptively. Now, as individuals apply for Further Leave to Remain or ILR/settlement, the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) is refusing applications alleging deception used obtaining TOEIC-ETS certificate;
