Who or What Business Would Qualify for Self‑Sponsorship?

You must have:

  • Relevant experience, skills or qualifications in your business area
  • A genuine business idea or identified UK business to take over
  • Adequate funds to run it (no set minimum)
  • Ideally a UK‑resident or British citizen as Authorising Officer

Ability to pass an approved English test at CEFR B1 (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
